I’m an esthetician… so that means I’ve struggled with severe neck and back pain for years now. Your journey with Mend begins with a one-on-one consultation with one of our expert physical therapists. During this assessment, we’ll take the time to understand your specific needs and goals, ensuring that your fitness plan is as unique as you are. This tailored approach sets the foundation for your success, as we design a workout plan that aligns perfectly with your recovery and fitness objectives.

As for cost, we offer a variety of packages to meet different needs and schedules. For $185, you can get a monthly package, which includes twice-a-week classes. For $250, you can purchase our drop-in package, which includes 10 classes.
