He has firsthand experience with the demands and challenges athletes face, allowing for a deep understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. This background in orthopedic manual physical therapy and strength and conditioning defines his treatment style.
Lucas is passionate about combining manual therapy with targeted exercise interventions to help patients restore function and achieve their highest level of performance. Lucas utilizes evidence-based techniques including spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and trigger point dry needling to reduce pain, improve mobility and optimize performance. He is an avid believer in treating the whole person, taking a regional approach to his treatment to identify any and all contributing factors to a given condition. He works with patients of all ages, helping them stay active and perform at their best through evidence-based care and personalized treatment plans.
