Dr. Erica Tran, a dynamic physical therapist and Colorado native, brings a unique blend of athleticism, compassion, and expertise to her practice. Erica’s journey began at the University of Colorado – Boulder studying Integrative Physiology, where her fascination with human anatomy and movement blossomed alongside her athletic pursuits. She earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 from Midwestern University at Glendale, AZ.

Her passion for physical therapy ignited when she worked with patients with spinal cord injuries, witnessing the remarkable adaptability and resilience of the human body. Drawing from her collegiate tennis background, Erica applies athletic principles to her patients, ranging from post-operative athletes to individuals with neurologic conditions like Parkinson’s disease and geriatric patients.

Specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, Erica’s focus extends beyond recovery to enhancing the quality of life for all individuals. Through tailored rehabilitation programs, she helps patients regain mobility, improve balance, and manage chronic conditions, promoting independence and vitality. Erica specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions especially athletes involved in Crossfit, tennis, and basketball with low back, shoulder and knee injuries.

Certified in functional dry needling, CrossFit Level 1, and LSVT Big for Parkinson’s Disease, Erica is dedicated to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, she stays at the forefront of her field, continuously evolving her practice to meet the needs of her diverse population. In addition to her clinical work, Erica had experience as a clinic director and mentor, nurturing the professional growth of her colleagues and peers.

Outside the clinic, she finds joy in running, photography, playing the piano and guitar, and hiking, playfully attributing her patients’ progress to her daily sprints to beat the delivery guy to the clinic with their favorite post-therapy snacks. With her holistic approach and unwavering commitment, Dr. Erica Tran is reshaping the landscape of physical therapy, one patient at a time.
